Habitat: On shelves on soft substrates and rocks.
Behaviour: Like all members of triglidae it uses its swim-bladder to grunt or growl.
Size: Up to 40cm.
Colour: Reddish above, pink-white below with reddish fins and blueish pectoral fin.
